It's All About Writing and Words

Now that my careers in science and invention are largely a thing of the past, I am able finally to focus on the passion I've had for half a century - writing for children.

Working my fingertips off to make my books come true.

First and foremost, writing to the child within me, and then to my children and grandchildren, and then to children everywhere.

I will be sharing daily ideas and occurrences while I write my stories, participate in literary events, read, interview leading authors and editors and invent words, mostly while playing Scrabble.
