I went to meet Emily, but would she be there?
She sure was! My new children's book, EMILY SAW A DOOR is now in bookstores around Israel. The book is in Hebrew meanwhile, but if you know a publisher abroad who is interested, the what are you waiting for?
In the meantime, we will do our best to encourage everyone to meet Emily and hear her story.
Another shout out to the incredible illustrator, Orit Magia-Shwalb, who brought Emily to life. The first time I saw her I told Orit, "That girl is an empathy magnet." And she is.
So wish us luck in our new world of children's publishing because, well, we will need it. And if you haven't met Emily in person yet, come to any bookstore in Israel and say hello.
